BIOMS MEDICAL NAMED BIOTECH COMPANY OF THE YEAR

- Company to receive Gold Leaf Award from BIOTECanada at BIO 2008 -

Edmonton, Alberta, June 11, 2008 – BioMS Medical Corp. (TSX: MS), a leading developer in the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS), is pleased to announce that it has been selected to receive the Gold Leaf Award from BIOTECanada for “Company of the Year”. BioMS Medical will be presented with this distinguished award on June 17, 2008 at the 2008 BIO International Convention in San Diego, California.
